Community Country Day School is accepts student referrals from school special education teams, psychologists, in-patient hospital programs and others.
Referring to Community Country Day School
Community Country Day School receives student referrals for students in grades 1-12 for the following programs:
- Partial Hospitalization
- Emotional Support
- Transition Program
CCDS provides short- and long-term student placement; the length of stay for a student is based on the student’s goals and outcomes. The ultimate goal of our program is to help students develop skills to enable them to return to their home school as desired.
