Community Country Day School
CCDS is a private school that educates the whole child – academically, physically, emotionally, and socially. We offer advantages for students in regular and special education / emotional support classrooms that no other school in the Erie area, public or private, offers.
CCDS Featured Programs
Community Country Day School’s grades 1-12 classrooms provide an inclusive learning environment for students with a variety of educational or emotional support needs. CCDS students can be described as students receiving one or more of the following services: private education, special education, emotional support, partial hospitalization services, and/or those students transitioning between levels of care who require additional support before being ready for their next program.
Partial Hospitalization Program
For students whose needs cannot be met in a traditional classroom setting or by a lower level of care
For students who “fall through the cracks”; their needs are not met by regular education, but they don’t qualify for the partial hospitalization program
Truly inclusive classroom combining special and private education students where students are empowered to act as positive role models for their peers

What I like about CCDS instead of other schools are the smaller class sizes and the relationships you can build because of that. I feel so close to the staff and students here. The staff really cares about the students, and they do a great job of showing that by checking in, asking how I'm doing, and making sure I'm staying on track. I went through a hard time in my life awhile back and the staff really love me through it and was there for me. Mrs. Collins even sat and did a little therapy session with me. It helped me to know I wasn't alone, and I knew I could get through it because I had people there helping push me along when I felt like I couldn't do it on my own.
CCDS provides a blend of academic and mental health services for students in a loving environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
Thanks to Friends of CCDS, we can provide students with the support they need and deserve, so they can continue to reach their potential and have the skills to Lead With Love – to lead themselves, others and their communities.
Will you consider financially supporting our students' futures?
